At TaskLeef, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with TaskLeef for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time subscribers to Pro or Enterprise plans
- Both monthly and annual billing cycles
- Upgrades from Free to a paid plan
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period:
- Email us at billing@taskleef.com
- Include your account email address
- Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
We typically process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds After 30 Days
After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer refunds in situations such as:
- Extended service outages beyond our SLA
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Technical issues preventing use of the Service

Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase
- After 30 days, you may cancel at any time, but no partial refund will be issued
- Your access continues until the end of the paid annual period
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You won't be charged for future billing periods
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan after the paid period ends
- Your data remains intact and accessible on the Free plan
Downgrades
When downgrading from a higher tier to a lower tier:
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refund is issued for the remaining time on the higher tier
- You retain access to higher-tier features until the billing period ends
Non-Refundable Situations
We generally cannot offer refunds for:
- Unused time after the 30-day guarantee period
- Violations of our Terms of Service
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal (though we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis)
- Requests made more than 90 days after the original purchase
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take:
- 3-5 business days for credit card refunds
- 5-10 business days for PayPal refunds
- Up to 10 business days to appear on your statement
